- Phone number — verified via SMS one-time passcode and used solely to deliver your scheduled messages to yourself.
- Message content — the text you schedule to be sent to your own phone number.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Usage data — basic logs for security and error monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver SMS messages you have scheduled to your own verified phone number.
- To verify your phone number via one-time passcode.
- To process payments for message credits.
- To maintain account security and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send you marketing SMS messages. All messages sent via our service are messages you wrote and scheduled yourself.
4. SMS Messaging
By verifying your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from TextMeLater that you yourself have scheduled. Message frequency depends on how many messages you schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving messages. Reply HELP for support.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate TextMeLater:
- Telnyx — SMS delivery and phone number verification.
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — web hosting.
6. Data Retention
Scheduled messages are deleted after they are sent or cancelled. Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.
