Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using TextMeLater (“the Service”), operated by Evermind Software, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TextMeLater allows you to schedule SMS text messages to be delivered to your own verified phone number at a future date and time. Messages are sent only to the phone number you registered and verified on your account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US phone number to use the Service. The Service is intended for personal use only.

4. SMS Messaging and Consent

By verifying your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from TextMeLater that you have personally scheduled. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Opting out will prevent delivery of any future scheduled messages.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid credit basis. Credits are used to send scheduled messages. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send messages to phone numbers other than your own verified number, send spam or unsolicited messages, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to circumvent the Service's technical limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Evermind Software, LLC is not liable for undelivered messages due to carrier issues, incorrect scheduling, or factors outside our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
